Using Fraud Protect, you can forget about manually reviewing orders. Fraud Protect helps to streamline the entire fulfilment process for your business. Stores using the new feature can confidently fulfil all protected orders without having to check each and every one for suspected fraud.
What are the fees involved?
Merchants will be charged a small fee for each protected order. If a protected order incurs a chargeback, rest assured knowing Shopify will not only handle the dispute, but also automatically reimburse you for the order amount as well as the fee.
