Translating Urbanstone’s complex product architecture into a simplified DTC storefront on Shopify Plus

Brickworks were in search of a digital partner who could translate their complex pricing requirements into a simple modern interface for their sub-brand Urbanstone. We architected a powerful solution enabling Urbanstone to reach a broader online audience and providing their existing retail customer base with the ability to place orders online.

Offering an interface for both commercial and retail customers, the user flow is engineered to enable customers to easily locate product information. Using dynamic content pages, Urbanstone can display unique technical information required for commercial building products.

Complex product pricing calculations

With product pricing varying for each state in Australia, and warehouses requiring orders submitted as Pack Sizes Brickworks presented a unique logistical challenge to us. Using region detection our custom solution enables customers to view products that are available to their state, calculate square and linear meterage on the product page and place orders rounded to the Pack Size.
